摘要:

“评价”是主体依据一定的价值标准对客体进行的价值判断活动。教师评价是教育评价的重要组成部分,也是促进教师专业发展的重要途径。教育行政部门及中小学校开展教师评价有相应的目标和标准,而评价目标、标准的确立及评价执行过程需要科学合理的理念引领。以新发展理念引领中小学教师评价改革,有益于推动教师评价标准和方式创新、协调教师评价目的和资源、坚守绿色教师评价理念和行动、开放教师评价主体和区域、多主体共享教师评价成果,进而提升教师评价成效,促进教师专业发展,助推高质量教育体系建设。

Abstract: "Evaluation" refers to the value judgment activities conducted by the subject on the object according to certain value standards. Teacher evaluation is an important part of educational evaluation and an important way to promote teachers' professional development. Educational administrative departments and elementary and secondary schools have corresponding goals and standards for teacher evaluation. The establishment of evaluation objectives as well as standards and the evaluation implementation process need more scientific and reasonable concept guidance. Leading the reform of teacher evaluation in elementary and secondary schools with the new development concept is beneficial to promoting the innovation of teacher evaluation standards and methods, and it also contributes to coordinating the purpose and resources of teacher evaluation, adhering to the concept and action of green teacher evaluation, opening up the subject and region of teacher evaluation, and sharing the results of teacher evaluation with multiple subjects, which can help to improve the effectiveness of teacher evaluation, thus promoting the professional development of teachers and the construction of high-quality education system.
